Chef's knife made from aeb-l stainless. This knife has an asymmetrical blade that is roughly 5.5" in length. The left side of the blade is flat ground almost halfway up to the spine, while the right side is fully flat ground.
The knife features teal G10 scales with black liners. Handle scales are removable. This chef's knife is ground extremely thin and has been given a hand rubbed satin finish. Ships with a protective edge cover
